Return Policy: Unused items may be returned for a full refund (less shipping and handling) within 30 days of your course start date. No items are accepted if they are not in a condition to be resold.

Please note: These programs are designed for single-use only so you will need to order one program for each student. Each kit includes printed materials and access to online tools for 18 months.

Shipping and Handling: Although not guaranteed, orders placed before 1:00 PM CST during standard business hours will most likely ship the same day. Orders shipped via Ground transportation (with the exception of AK and HI which are shipped via Expedited freight) will normally arrive within 3-7 business days.
